Checked out the jelly roll machine and have a couple questions.

From what I see it looks like it will make a roll with an open center. Am I
correct? If not how does it roll it with a closed center?

Just for curiosity's sake, are you left handed? Feel free to tell me to piss
off on this one, I am literally just curious. <grin>
