the problem is that if the realtor finds out for her   then they will 'ask"
 i think its a better idea to scope it out meet the neighbors and use your
best judgment
Im getting ready to move my shop I will be moving to an area zoned i-2
Im having a hard time getting an answer to this very question in my area
im thinking i should just be a fab shop with a coal heater
