You can get "Kaowool" as hard board. I don't know about So. Or. but try a
larger heating and furnace supplier/manufacturer, for them the stuff is like
lumber to a carpenter.
If you can't find any locally, let me know I'll look up a URL for an outfit
in Spokane that carries all kinds of refractory goodies you can use.
