I have a friend who refuses to get a drivers license based on this. He has
been taken to court several times and has always won. The police and Hwy
patrol in his area don't even bother giving him tickets any more.

The right to travel does not mean to say that you have to drive. Walking
is still free. There are other means of travel. The traveling 'right' is
just that the government can not restict you to one state or county
etc... Unless of course you are a parolee....(smile)\\
