Add in Nighttime driving, visual perception, Effects of interior lighting on 
night vision. Get the defensive driving classes on board and bring on the 
Insurance companies. If you can hook one insurance company into your concept you 
got it made. Take a look at the curriculum for the Emergency Vehicle Operators 
Course, known as EVOC.
