You obviously live in a warm climate or have a heated shop.My shop is in the 
back yard 
with only an extension cord to run lights.My compressor is in the basement of 
the house with a line to the shop.Around here it gets well below 0 which 
means any moisture in lines freeze not matter how many filters one may have in 
line.I have 2 air hammers that I built but they don't run real good unless they 
get air so a mechanical for winter use would be great
