Hey Mark, Check out http://www.keenjunk.com/sketchbk/lh90518a.htm. I like the concept of in line guides better then the cantilevered guides on the Kinyon hammer. The only change I would make to Larry's design is to use a rectangular head and tubing and make the head guides from vertical strips of UHMW plastic. Chuck
