I've seen one of these in operation, and wasn't really
all that impressed.  You could probably build a kinyon
style hammer in the same amount of time.  The
materials for the kinyon would probably cost more, but
IMHO would be well worth it.

Thanks for the input. What is it that wasn't so impressive about this
hammer? I just like the compact design...Looks to be sturdy and well =
thought
out.
