[TheForge] Tongs & power hammer - a safety issue?

	Worst thing I've encountered with tongs under the hammer is
	when they are not level and the die smacks them in such a
	way that they either make a violent jolt up or down, or that
	resonant thing happens, the vibrations of which hurt like
	hell.
