The Beche shown in
http://www.machineco.com/forging.htm
Has a bull gear and a 50 cycle motor at a strange
voltage, if you were able to get that motor running at
60 cycles, it would run to fast for the L3 and it
would miss stroke.
I have been there with my L4 330 lb. but I was lucky
because my L4 has a 7 V belt fly wheel and I built a
very heavy duty Jack shaft system so the L4 would run
at 180 BPM.
Because That L3 has a bull gear you would have to be
very creative with the drive system, also the Beche
takes more horse power then the nazels.
My L4 (made in 1957) takes 15 hp motor and the last of
the L4s shipped were shipped with a 25 hp motor.

Also The Beche shown in the ad is a older style and
Very Very simular to a 2b nazel especially the valving
and bull gear.

Also
I still have my Beche L4 for sale. complete motor/jack
shaft conversion. This hammer runs great and has
new dies made by Bob Bergman.
This is a 330 lb. 180bpm. Hammer
Also included a 20 hp RPConverter.
I am asking 14,500.00

Kyle Connolly has a 200 lb chambersberg hammer for
sale also in ex condition for 14,000..
