The hammer on ebay is not a 5B!  It is a Nazel 5I single blow, closed 
(impression) die hammer.

Look closely :-( the 20hp motor is DC.  It's a safe beat the hammer is older 
the 1930 with a DC motor.  There isn't to many places where DC current is 
available.  A big added expense converting the hammer to AC power.  Perhaps, there 
isn't any bids on the hammer because any prospective buyer has read the 
description posted and made an educated decision not to bid.
