I haven't weighed any of my weapon replicas, but no more than 5 pounds 
for the largest. These replicas are a good bit heavier than anything 
that would likely have been made for combat. They're more decorative or 
costume weapons, except for the throwing axes.

All of those things I build for Sue and Mike are cutouts from 1/4-inch 
sheet and have sockets of schedule 40 1-inch ID pipe. (I think that's 
what Mike gets.)

So they're generally heavier than necessary for weapons, but they'd 
probably last through quite a few body modifications. :)
