I found out the hard way, If the USPS tells you that you can't add 
insurance to a pre paid return label, pay to send it back with insurance. 
Without insurance they don't care what happened to the package. If you tell 
them it wasn't insured  they only want to know if the worker was polite to 
you, could care less about your problem. Lesson learned

And I have friends who work for them, their response was don't send without 
insurance or it's an accident if it arrives. They are very encouraging, I 
hope it's not really that bad
