Yeah, that was my friend Josh Kavett. UPS were real
buttholes about it. I think he eventually got it resolved,
but they made it a real difficult affair for him. That
was after they did the job on me, so it didn't do anything
to improve my opinion of them. I saw the anvil in question.
They broke the tail off it. One can only wonder what in
hell the cargo handlers must've been doing with it along
the way. They couldn't find the missing piece for a long
time. Finally they found it and insisted on keeping the
anvil if he made the claim on it. I'd call them assholes
but that would really be such an insult to the assholes of
this world that I couldn't do it in good conscience.
