I have never had trouble with FEDEX. I have had one bad
experience with UPS. When I shipped much of mu tools to
Scottsdale, three of the boxes showed up ripped open WIDE.
I lost about half of my 1100 chasing punches. They were
made ca. the 1830s, so they even had antique value. I lost
my shirt on that one to the tune of at least $3K. I didn't
care a whit for the money. The punches were irreplaceable.
What pissed me off also was their attitude, which sucked
major rod and before that time I'd never encountered it.
