With the ice storm that hit Saturday night, I didn't feel like going out
yesterday.  So I got a sheet of metal and my patterns.  I then spent the
afternoon at the kitchen table by the wood stove marking and cutting out
petals for roses. I now have 7 sets of petals to make into roses the next
time a have a little free time.

The sheet metal patterns with a scribe worked much better than the paper
patterns and a pencil.
