	I strongly agree with this.  Most so-called "nuts" aren't
	nearly as nuts as they would have you think.  But there are
	definitely some people that are quite unhinged from the real
	world.  Most of those are in the nut hatch and would have no
	access to firearms in any event.

	Much of the shabby behavior we see in people occurs only
	because they can get away with it.  If such behavior would be
	consistently met with a good ass-beating, the ensuing changes
	in conduct would give one pause to believe in miracles.
