Sure have.
In the pics you can plainly see where the 757 hit the ground just before it
hit the Pentagon. The jet hit it as high velocity debris rather than an
intact projetcile. It was also decending at a fair clip and most of the
force was directed into the ground. The Pentagon was the most heavily
"armored" (more so now and getting harder) office building in the US. 6+' of
marble over reinforced concrete, compartmentalized and coffered.
All the analyses agree if the pilot had been better; hit the Pentagon 20-30'
higher and flying level it would probably have punched most if not all the
way through.
