	If your meaning is that our government would splash a
	commercial jet as a lever to a political end, that
	would be a risky proposition.  Doesn't mean I think they
	would not do it, but then the pilot would have to
	meet with an unfortunate accident (assassinating the
	assassins).  I suppose when you wield great power and have
	true believers at your disposal, anything is possible.
