Please just call me Mikey. It really is my nickname and keeps me from getting 
impressed with myself. Keep us informed of your progress. It will be 
interesting to see what portions of the book you incorporate into your next forge. The 
point now is to combine this information with fresh ideas. I am hoping for an 
explosion of innovation. What a handful of people learned in the last ten 
years, hundreds of innovators could double in months. If thousands of people read 
the book in the next two years, we will get those hundreds of innovators. The 
problem is to keep you guys talking to one another.
