Perhaps because I'm not using IE?  I've been using Netscape Navigator
4.76.  It renders the photoaccess site as complete chaos.

I recently upgraded my system to Linux 2.4 and got Mozilla v.??.  It
displays the site more or less coherently but still fails to render
some elements and renders others incorrectly.  Can't view single
images, only thumbnails.  The buttons to do it just aren't rendered.

Even at best, it's obvious that there's no way to use the photo site
without enabling all the browser stuff that I usually keep disabled.
