We are on the same page, here. All of these good ideas will become standard 
in publishing; innovations take time to filter into established industries. I 
can only imagine the future shock that publishers and printers are enduring 
already. By and by, everything logical will come to be. It is inevitable. Pushing 
the envelope creates stresses. Personally, I'm an addicted envelope pusher, 
but have learned to attempt to do so constructively. Old farts should save 
their energy to do good, and let windmills grind the flour in peace :o)
