Thanks for the kind words. We would have liked to put color photos in the 
book. A few photos showing various flame shapes for comparison would have been 
helpful. However, the price of the book would have zoomed way up. Perhaps we 
will find another way to get that job done.
In fact, I will make that a promise. We will find a way to get a color photo 
on the web or something. People are going to need it.
