David- you are welcome to bring your bike up and ride around here
anytime, and I will even pull over the old japanese car and get out of
your way- I am always happy when somebody passes me, first because the
police have somebody else to see first, and second because I appreciate
seeing people who actually drive (or ride) instead of just sitting at
the wheel of an appliance.
And the riding up here is great- thats why there are so many of them.
But honestly, I rarely see anyone who didnt just buy the brand new
bike. My part of the country is a real good argument for higher taxes-
there is way too much discretionary income being thrown around- mostly
on real estate and toys like harleys.
Now if only they would buy forged metalwork instead...
Actually a few of them do, but lemming like, they mostly buy what
somebody else told them was cool, and around here that means a harley.
I have to say, I prefer being behind a Ducati anyday- those guys MOVE!
