[TheForge] Damascus warpage and blade rivets

He needs cutlers rivets.  The brake shoe rivets are quite different.  
Boyd suggested using them in his book, because of the ease of finding 
them twenty years ago, but brake shoe rivets are not made to fit inside 
of each other and are not as commonly available these days ---  it was 
just a happy coincidence that two different sizes would fit together 
somewhat like real cutlers rivetsb.
