	You forgot the fifth, superdense; that which exists in a 	
	gravitationally collapsed state.  The cores of neutron stars
	approach this state.  The bodies of black holes are theorized
	to consist of such matter.  Observations of the gravitational
	behavior of such bodies appear to confirm the existence of
	such matter, though obody will know fir certain until their
	little space capsule sets down onto the surface of a singularity.
