[TheForge] Update: Old crank & spring power hammer

Finally managed to contact Douglas Freund.  The Earthlink address
(thanks) proved to be correct although I had some difficulty getting mail
delivered to it.

According to Doug, this [1] is a "'Palmer Power Spring Hammer'...built
by S. C. Forsaith in Manchester NH.  Joseph Palmer was granted his
patent in 1872."  It features prominently in Doug's book.

I'll update the web page with that info RSN.
