I had the same problem a little while ago.
I called my ISP and Sorbs tried the blackmail on them also.
Wrong thing to do. It seems Corecomm has these lawyers on retainer, who 
needed some exercise.

It is probably really your ISP or one of its servers that is being held 
hostage.
