Small minded collectivists? Wish I'd said that. 
However, maybe we should stop assassinating the metric system before we hurt 
the feelings of European blacksmiths, who after all, are our brothers, and 
who's lands I love to visit.
I hope we can go on grinning if they take pen in hand...
