Jet Dry, Simple Green, and Calgon are mentioned various places on the 
web as substitutes for Basic I. I haven't tried it. You can read several 
opinions here:

where you can also find the recipie. Search (control F on Windows) for 
superquench.

If you are using mild steel, these days it isn't so mild. Keep an eye on 
your dies to make sure they don't crack (good idea whether you use 
superquench or not).

Welding beads may have higher carbon than the surrounding steel, 
possibly too high for superquench (it may crack or be too brittle.

Not that I've used much superquench in the past 8 years or so, no 
expertise here.
