	Could be a memory problem or more likely one of the disk files used on 
boot is corrupt.  Therer could also be a problem in the BIOS, though 
that isn't liely unless you've had an electrostatic discharge to the 
PROM that hosts your BIOS.  Checksums are used to ensure that a file is 
not corrupt.
