[TheForge] Ellipse generator?

Hello all -
My old Sheet Metal Workers Pocket Manual shows a way to get there,
and then you know how the centers were found. I could not get to the
photoaccess site today, so I put it on my site as a jpg. (I drew it up in
AutoCAD and printed it to a jpg.)
