[TheForge] Forge Flue Rain Cap

My 15 inch flue (a culvert) has a 6 foot extension 1/4 larger than the flue.
Of that 6 foot extension 1 foot is overlap. So the amount above the flue is
5 feet, or 60 inch or 4 times the diameter of the flue. The industrial
"rule of thumb" is 4 times the diameter of the stack. This is not a new
idea -- has been used on many industrial stacks. In fact many old British
chimney tiles or pots were made with a small rim or ledge on the inside near
the bottom and some weep holes for the rain to drain out about the chimney
cap itself. They in fact might be greater than the 4 times rule in distance
between the inside ledge and the top of the tile.
Mine works but I do get some rain down the stack but not very much.
