Kim,
         Because even though the Dutch  has chosen the colour of orange for 
the royal colour, but their military is one the first in the world to allow 
gay/lesb people, as well as supporting gay and lesbian couples in military 
communities. But I heard that the Dutch Air Force has done a magnificent 
job with their 6 airplanes in Iraq.
