[TheForge] Rumsfeld way OT

Simply adding "OT" shouldn't be construed as license to prattle on about
anything you damn well please. I know there a lot of people on this list,
and just about any subject will be of interest to some but this is supposed
to be a blacksmithing list. Let's not stray too far or too often. I dropped
"Artmetal" for a reason. Take the rants elsewhere.
