Larry,
I had a bad head and neck trauma about ten years ago. A young man
came in thru the passenger side of my Toyota with a Camero at 45 mph. My
head went thru the driver's side window, before the roof started to buckle
down.
I have done the hand/wrist exercises for years, I do proper neck
rotations daily. I will probably need the surgery, but will talk to 2 or 3
second opinion doctors before having surgery.
