[TheForge] Repetitive motion injuries

Larry's right on with the stretching exercises.  You probably should lay 
off of hammering or whatever the repetetive tasks are, at least for a 
while.  Stretching is good... wish I was closer, I would show you the 
one's we do to toughen up the wrists in jujutsu training, which can be 
very hard on the wrists.  Maybe I can take some photos and send them to 
you.  Let me know if you are interested.

Also, massage is recommended.  If you're up to the pain, and it doesn't 
have to be stupefying though it can be, rolfing might be another option. 
  A good rolfer can do some minor wonders.  I used to get my ass kicked 
by this rolfer in North Brunswick, but afterwards you feel a whole lot 
better.  IMO, surgery should be the absolute last resort.
