Hi Mike,
I thought I might introduce myself. My name is Doug and I am an IT
consultant in Halifax. I am new to the blacksmith world, and I was
going to go to the MBA meeting last week, but family obligations made
it impossible. Anyways, I came across your website and I saw that we
have the IT thing in common.
I was wondering if you had any suggestions on where a geek can get a
chance to hammer some red hot metal for fun. I don't have alot of time
on my hands, but I would love to see a forge in action. BTW, I am a
pretty big Unix head and work on some interesting projects that I am
sure would interest you.
Let me know if you can point me in the right direction.
Cheers,
-Doug
