[TheForge] Steel cut oats

I used to think that steel cut oats were the same as clipped oats. Clipped
oats have the end cut off which removes a lot of the husk and helps to keep
your horse from choking.

Try writing to the people at this site. The Scotts have been milling oats
for a long time.

Any of you guys happen to know, or happen to know how to find out, when this
process was invented and used commercially? Figured it it involves steel,
one of you guys might know the history of the process ;-)

If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it is probably not a cat.

And never a rider who cain't be throwed....
