Most will not hire me becuase I've been around too long.
Too smart, too experienced, too ethical. I've been at this
a LONG time and the picture that has emerged over the past
three years is a rapidly increasing trend to want kids who
will work for next to nothing and, more importantly, will
not open their mouths no matter how stupidly a project is
being run. People from my generation are their biggest fear.
We still believe in doing a job well, and they hate us for it.
Were I 24 with two years experience in .NET coding, I could
have a $40K job yesterday. I have managed $100M projects and
nobody wants to touch me because of it. It's tough out there.
