	This is so.  I had a friend into SCUBA and he thought it would
	be so great to repaint his scarred up aluminum tanks, so he did
	just that.  He then baked the enamel on.  When the first tank 
	was filled, it burst due to the annealing.  Oops.

	I guess crappy looking but structurally sound tanks are better
	than beautiful looking ones that blow up.

	It's a damned good thing they blew up in the cage, rather than on
	his back, no?
