[TheForge] Whitaker's Cookbook Was Bar Shear

There are new copies of the cookbook available through the Francis Whitaker 
foundation.  I'll see if I can find a local number.  You might try 
gordo at crms.com
The new version is supposed to be at the printer, from what I here it is 
not so much a second version of the cookbook, but a new book by George 
based on Francis work method.  I hope that it has all of the old formulas 
from the cook book.
