Andy- the problem with putting a 12ga. in the kisser of public
officials like building inspectors is it only works once per lifetime.
And it usually only will work for as long as said shotgun remains in
place- not very practical for long term projects like building a
studio. Plus, what about resale? For sale- waterfront studio and home-
price includes salary of shotgun holding employees (3).
Alas, there are times in our modern world, where, much as we dont like
to, we must simply obey and follow the rules like everyone else.
