[TheForge] More Tig questions.

The "Contacts" are "Spark Gaps" and they arc while the hi-freq is on. The
gas is controlled by a solenoid valve. Either the valve is plugged, the
solenoid coil is bad or the circuit that controls the solenoid is bad.
