Try W.F Norman, in Nevada Mo.- 417-641-4038
They make all kinds of decorative metal stampings on 100 year old drop 
presses, and they say in their catalog they make "all" sizes.
Also JG Braun- 800-323-4072, in Il. They definitely have them.
RB Wagner, in Butler Wi- 800-786-2111- I think they have bought JG 
Braun, so now they are sorta two divisions of the same company, but 
they have them as well.

All three of these companies are ones whose catalogs you should have- 
W.F. Norman and Wagner are manufacturers- they make the stuff, then 
sell it to companies like King- so their catalogs have the complete 
line, not just whatever King has decided to stock this year.
