In retrospect, building here was a mistake.They whipped the stuffings 
out of us and we never recovered economically. Sure, the place is worth 
a lot of bux now but we still havn't been able to finish the house ( 
we're being arty about it and it's taking forever) and we started 
paperwork in 1978. I never want to move my shop again...ever, so the 
worth of the property will just mean more taxes . Having a fixation 
about the ocean has been insanely expensive. The county isn't apt to 
think that having a junkyard by the sea is wonderful. They're all 
screwed up...(G).....Pete F
