 Andy,
My condolences to you. It's amazing how in their short lives pets become
such a big part of our lives.
I'll be be facing a similar time on the horizon, my long-haired dachshund,
Rascal, will be 17 years old this November. There are times he worries me,
but so far he's hanging in.
Animals don't have souls, but a well-loved pet gets a piece of ours and
those are the ones that get to heaven.
Hang in there.
