[TheForge] Small shop questions

A variation I used for scattered hold downs was to weld a loop to the
rebar. The tops of the loops were just flush to the level of the mud.
Then i wired down a tin can upside down over the loop and poured the
mud. When the mud set up, i cut the ends out of the cans to get to the
loops.
