[TheForge] Book and now also gloves

Sorry for the mistake on the price of the book.  Its price is $18.00

As far as I know the 2nd ed. of McRaven's book never made it into 
print.  I understand some people prepaid for the new book, but it 
never happened.

On our return trip from the ABANA conference I ran across a place 
that had some of the Kelvar gloves people use to hold hot metal.  I 
believe that there is a place in North Carolina that makes these 
gloves and I'd like to check them out.  Anyone know how to get 
hold of them?  Thanks.
