Andy,

Adobe regularly puts out updates and patches, particularly soon after
introducing a major revision like 6.0. It's always a good idea to keep your
Acrobat up to date. Unfortunately, my copy of 6.0 is up to date and it still
doesn't work with the Countryside site.

What version of Acrobat are you using?

Sorry to pester y'all- Adobe finally found (on its own!) an update that
fixed the problem.
I guess the solution is to go to the adobe site and download any updates
available.
